RESIDENTIAL

LARK STREET
RESIDENCE

QUEZON CITY, MANILA

“The Lark Street Residence exhibits a delicate balance between creating a flashy showstopper and designing a statement piece that bears a quiet confidence. Spanning an enclosed area of 1,100 square meters on an 805-square-meter lot, the residence exudes minimalist sophistication. The facade features a combination of gray travertine in a faceted pattern, and Parklex HPL panels in dark walnut finish. This minimalist material palette extends to the interiors, aligned with the shared vision of a muted, cohesive design. The reveal begins with horizontal screens shading the house from the west side. This provides privacy while bringing a certain level of anticipation, encouraging guests to wonder what awaits inside. A marble partition partially shields the path to the spaces behind it, allowing only a peek of the main living room and the enclosed lanai. Upon stepping into the main areas, the guests are treated not only to the respite of the living room, but also a view of the second floor, which doubles as a mini gallery that showcases the owners’ impressive art collection.”
