CASA 39

The off form concrete and wood cladding enveloping Casa 39's exterior was carried over into the home's interiors as well. The minimalist aesthetic brought about by these raw, natural materials creates a modern abode for the youthful family of four. As the family comprises of automobile and toy enthusiasts, the interior design team decided to weave these interests into the home itself. Inspired by the interiors of a car, leather with exposed stitching was integrated into the handrail details of the stairs, and marble and leather were introduced to built-in case goods. Interior spaces were also designed with ample displays for toys and other collector items.
